A very busy pub serving food all day with a menu offering a vast choice to suit everyone with a TV for major sport events - perfect for a lively night out and at others times family friendly.
A meal for two in the bar and a round of drinks expect to pay around £30.
Great for: All day food & a lively atmosphere.

All About Me Wine Bar.
A great wine bar with drinking & eating both upstairs & down. A menu to suit everyone and every pocket, ranging from Tapass to the best burger in Ironbridge!
All About Me (odd name isn't it!) also has a lovely outdoor eating area with a safe section for toddlers and lots of outdoor heaters.
Great for: All round relaxed dining & drinking.
29 High Street
Ironbridge

The Meadow. (with B & B facilities).
Newly refurbished by Holdens Brewery (Easter 2007), this pub is rather odd with no comfortable seating instead opting for high chair 'city' style seating. Haven't eaten there yet so can't comment on the food.
Great for: After work drinks and a nice garden.

The Tontine. (with B & B facilities).
One of the most historic pubs in Ironbridge, built to cater for the tourist trade when the bridge first opened, it performs the same function today!
Famous for it's ghost, the Tontine offers a friendly down-to-earth food at a good priced. For a bar meal for two with drinks expect to pay £20.
Great for: Cheap & cheerful lunch.

The Station.
Standing the opposite side of the bridge to the Tontine, The Station (along with the The White Horse, and The Crown) is one of the last 'real' pubs left in Ironbridge Gorge.
Complete with dart board & pool table and real fire in the winter, it's a great place for a pint.
Great for: Cheese & Onion cob and a pint of bitter!

The White Horse.
Recently taken over by new management, The White Horse is a lovely pub. Again with real fire in the winter, pool table and good home cooked food it offers a quiet retreat from the 'gastro pubs' which have over taken Ironbridge Gorge!
Meal for two and a round of drinks, expect to pay about £20.
Great for: Old fashioned atmosphere.

The Crown.
Again newly taken over, the Crown is a little bit of enigma! The modern decor sits at odds with the general old fashioned feel of the pub. Recently employing a world renowned chef, if he's still there when you visit, The Crown offers the best food in the whole of Ironbridge and possibly Shropshire but a great prices.
Meal for two and a round of drinks, expect for pay about £25.
Great for: The best food in Shropshire if Kenny is cooking.

The Horse & Jockey.
This could be a wonderful pub but unfortunately it has been taken over virtually totally by food and should be described as a restaurant.
Award winning for its Steak & Kidney pies, it's certainly worth a visit just for that!
A meal for two and a round of drinks expect to pay about £25.
Great for: Steak & Kidney pie.

The Golden Ball. (with B & B facilities).
Last but not least, a cosy pub that mixes the old fashioned atmosphere of The White Horse and excellent fresh food.
Although can be rather expensive. Expect to pay about £30 for a meal and drinks for two.
Great for: bizarre menu choices - Ostrich any one?
